Pastor: Dr. Cheryl Barker

Consuming Fire Ministries was birth over seven years ago as Bible study in the living room of Pastor Barker. Pastor celebrated her birthdays by inviting the sick, oppressed, depressed, possessed to a prayer of deliverance celebration. After the prayer, she fed everyone. People were healed, delivered, received prophetic words that came to pass. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" Philippians 4:13

Membership in the church is a glorious thing because it is an assembly of people who have made a covenant (or promise) to God and one another to uphold the principles of God’s word. Baptism is the first act of Christian fellowship—a “sharing in common” with other believers. When a believer is baptized into the fellowship of the saints, he/she is saying by that act, “I, like you, place all my hope and trust for salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ. I share your convictions of my own unworthiness and of His sufficient sacrifice in my stead. We are people of ‘like precious faith’. “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside the quiet waters, he guides my soul along the righteous path…” A Psalm of David, Psalm 23

“Thank you Bishop-Elect Dr. Cheryl Ault-Barker for an inspirational and soul stirring service.  I also appreciated the opportunity you gave us to have communion.  I look forward to next Sunday and I ask that God continue to bless you and keep you!”

“Pastor Cheryl Barker gave a timely, encouraging and profound word about forgiveness. I identified with her testimony and was empowered knowing God is with me. May God continue to anoint her, bless her indeed and enlarge her territory. Thank you for I was truly blessed by the ministry today.”
